We are currently able to accept community referrals and situation referrals in Seattle only if they are closely connected to specific neighborhood focus impact areas. If you’d like to flag a location or dynamic that could benefit from a community-based public safety strategy, please be as specific as possible about the location & dynamics in the following form:
Make a Referral
For Burien, White Center/North Highline, and Seattle:
Email leadreferrals@WeArePDA.org to refer a person whom you believe commits law violations related to behavioral health issues or poverty. It will be transmitted to the LEAD/Seattle-King County project management team.
