Our Collective Impact
LEAD Seattle · King County is governed by a Policy Coordinating Group (PCG) composed of our partners. PDA project managers maintain constant communication with neighborhood, business, and community leaders whose needs are addressed by LEAD and who may have suggestions for improving program design. If you’re interested in talking with a project manager, contact us here!
The LEAD Project Management Team coordinates the partnership while managing all aspects of the day-to-day program administration. Purpose. Dignity. Action. (PDA) provides project management for LEAD Seattle/King County, and reports to the PCG. LEAD’s outreach and case management services are provided by REACH, a program of Evergreen Treatment Services (Seattle & Burien), and Community Passageways (White Center/unincorporated North Highline), with a procurement planned for additional service provider partners in 2023-2024.
The success of the LEAD Seattle · King County depends on the strength of our partnerships. It’s thanks to our shared commitment to changing systems and changing lives that LEAD Seattle · King County is forging a safer, healthier, and more equitable future for our community.
